ETHICAL FROM BEAN TO CUP
Andrés Martinez has produced a delicious flavor profile in this semi-washed caturra with delicate bergamot and coriander notes alongside a sweet creaminess, hence our "London Fog" note. It also has a tropical fruit sweetness present as the creaminess persists throughout.

Gauma AA is a very rich coffee, roasted medium-light but with far more richness than we'd expect from such a roast level. The plum and spice notes are persistent along with consistent full body from start to finish.

Body A juicy strawberry flavor up front is complemented by a bright lime flavor and acidity. As it cools a cherry note develops. This coffee from Basha Bekele has the clean, bright flavors of a washed Ethiopian coffee with the body and fruitiness of a naturally processed Ethiopian. It's everything we want from an Ethiopian coffee.

An incredibly clean coffee from Aurelio Villatoro's farm, Punta del Cerro. Though not "loud" like a lot of the coffees we feature, this cup may be the most well rounded, with silky body and a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity that meld together like a delightful bar of chocolate.

This coffee has a full body with an exciting blackberry acidity that balances out as it cools to a velvety finish with a slight note of sweet vanilla.

This naturally processed Ethiopian has deep fruit notes of blueberry and watermelon but not the funk that often goes with such a fruity natural processing. The acidity is subtle but present in a lemon meringue note that is just as persistently sweet as it is acidic.

This carefully washed geisha has green grape and apricot flavors with a marshmallow-like sweetness. As it cools the sweetness becomes more pronounced and the fruit notes provide acidity to complement the sweetness and maintain the complexity of this coffee.

Another fresh crop from Finca La Colmenita. They consistently produce a coffee that's rich without sacrificing balance or clean cup character. The richness comes as a chocolate note which is complimented by honey sweetness and delicate plum notes.
- From$20.00
When you source coffees it's usually a disappoint to come across a decaf on the cupping table. Not with this decaf from Sebastian Ramirez. It's a good tasting coffee in its own right, that just happens to be decaf. It's also farm level traceable, which is uncommon among coffees in general but practically unheard of with decaf.
