With this Anaerobic Typica Mejorado, Juan Peña has produced a very fruity and very sweet coffee without going over the top. Whereas anaerobic coffees with this level of juiciness are often accompanied by slight ferment character or funkiness, this coffee is extremely clean and juicy.

This Sidra Natural from Hacienda La Papaya has an apricot-like dryness and acidity, that pairs well with citrus adjacent sweetness finishing off with a cream soda mouthfeel, creating a cup that is an easy daily drinker.

Los Patios Solsticio is bright and fruit-forward, with notes of sweet lemonade and peach that hit right away. The green tea quality keeps it grounded though adding a clean, refreshing backbone that stops it from ever feeling too sweet or one dimensional. Juicy and well balanced from start to finish.

This washed coffee from Sidama is a very easy drinker, with a smooth black tea character that is complimented by a gentle lemon note and persistent creamy mouthfeel.

This carefully washed geisha has green grape and apricot flavors with a marshmallow-like sweetness. As it cools the sweetness becomes more pronounced and the fruit notes provide acidity to complement the sweetness and maintain the complexity of this coffee.

When you source coffees it's usually a disappoint to come across a decaf on the cupping table. Not with this decaf from Sebastian Ramirez. It's a good tasting coffee in its own right, that just happens to be decaf. It's also farm level traceable, which is uncommon among coffees in general but practically unheard of with decaf.
