This directly sourced Castillo has delicate peach sweetness with intense and complex floral character. Its a coffee that balances sweet flavors and delicate notes beautifully - the result of Diego Bermudez's meticulous farming and a scientific approach to coffee processing. 

Jairo Arcila's Yellow Sudan Rume is loud, with strong flavors of grape bubblegum and fresh lemonade. This coffee is complex though, and so much more than can be captured by a few flavor notes, with an overall juiciness that persists keeping it pleasant throughout and not overwhelming.

Gauma AA is a very rich coffee, roasted medium-light but with far more richness than we'd expect from such a roast level. The plum and spice notes are persistent along with consistent full body from start to finish.

This washed coffee from Sidama is a very easy drinker, with a smooth black tea character that is complimented by a gentle lemon note and persistent creamy mouthfeel.

Andrés Martinez has produced a delicious flavor profile in this semi-washed caturra with delicate bergamot and coriander notes alongside a sweet creaminess, hence our "London Fog" note. It also has a tropical fruit sweetness present as the creaminess persists throughout.

Boozy in a good way, this mixed varietal natural from Sebastian Ramirez, has an intense port wine character with a mixed berry juiciness underneath. With subtle dark chocolate notes it's basically like sitting down with a glass of port and bar of craft chocolate.

This coffee has a full body with an exciting blackberry acidity that balances out as it cools to a velvety finish with a slight note of sweet vanilla. 

When you source coffees it's usually a disappoint to come across a decaf on the cupping table. Not with this decaf from Sebastian Ramirez. It's a good tasting coffee in its own right, that just happens to be decaf. It's also farm level traceable, which is uncommon among coffees in general but practically unheard of with decaf.
