Emma Chantre's coffee has a spice note (clove) that is so exciting. There's just a bit of a punch to the spice note along side a sticky, honey sweetness.

This coffee from Narino has rich body and texture alongside a sweet and fruity flavor profile. It can stand on its own or complement a heavy breakfast.

This is our second ever coffee from Congo, and we couldn't be more pleased. We've been enjoying it as a bright espresso as well as a filter coffee. As a filter coffee it's got a tangy acidity, think green tea with a some honey that has contributed both sweetness and a bit of body. The balance of strong sweetness and acidity in this coffee comes in notes of juicy peach (sweetness) and kiwi (acidity).

Before we discovered Sugarcane Process decaf, we had a hard time being excited about decaf. Now we love it as much as all our other coffees.

We developed Deviation Espresso to give our roasters room to diverge from the expectations many have for a classic espresso, which also allows us to work with a wider array of coffees from a variety of origins for this offering.

We have had very few Ecuadoran coffees in the past, but this coffee has certainly piqued our interest going forward. Drinking it one first notices a key lime-like acidity with a syrupy honey body. The sweetness that develops when it cools is sugary, but more of a toasted sugar that's slighly nutty but not all the way to caramel. This coffee is a great one to brew carefully and savor.

We've been waiting for fresh Ethiopian coffee to arrive in North America for what feels like ages, and this is our first one to come in for 2022. Agaro coffees tend to have a bit more berry and darker fruit character than some of Ethiopia's other popular regions such as Guji (we've got Guji's coming soon too!), and this coffee walks the style line perfectly - it's very sweet and has some berry character but also has a creamy meyer lemon note as well. We're loving this coffee as espresso, batch brew, and pour over.

This coffee has an intense syruppy sweetness balanced by a clean and crisp acidity. Both are equally present and strong, making one of the most perfectly balanced coffees we can remember trying. Grapefruit flavors are present when it's hot and remain throughout as the cup cools. A small cup of this harvest reminds us why we're excited to get coffee from Isaias Fernandez every year.

The House Blend is designed to be the same bag after bag. Like blended whiskey, a good coffee blend is optimized for balanced flavor and consistency.

The Wamuguma is a rich coffee that has body and depth alongside complex notes of juicy watermelon and apple cider acidity. We recommend trying it on different brew methods if you can, as we found the richness was accentuated on a V60 pour over while the acidity produced a very bright espresso shot. There is a lot to explore and enjoy with this great Kenyan coffee.

Thermal insulated structure. Ceramic inert. This will keep your drink hot (or cold) for longer while not affecting the flavor.

Specialty coffee has tended to shun anything dark. With Noche Oscura we've sought to roast high quality green coffee for those who prefer a dark, bold cup. This comes straight out of our conviction that good coffee is for everyone.

This Peru is rich but also clean tasting. It has a chocolate character that gives way to a full bodied winey character. We've seen this coffee's flavor and balance develop nicely several days after roasting in a way that is a bit more pronounced that other coffees, so pay attention to how it evolves as you brew it across several days.
