When you source coffees it's usually a disappoint to come across a decaf on the cupping table. Not with this decaf from Sebastian Ramirez. It's a good tasting coffee in its own right, that just happens to be decaf. It's also farm level traceable, which is uncommon among coffees in general but practically unheard of with decaf.

It's been a while since we've done a holiday blend, and part of what prompted it this year was finding coffees that we thought would work perfectly. Despite our cheeky tasting notes, the Colombian coffee in this blend contributes body, clarity, and balance on top of which the Kenyan's spice character and acidity can subtly shine. Both coffees in this blend are sweet and fruity as well, so it's as much of a holidayFruit Cake, Merriment, Yum feast as you can fit in a cup.
