WHY WE LIKE IT
Wow. I love this coffee. It's light, incredibly sweet, and tastes like a burst of mango.

WHY IT MATTERS
Traceability - the financial history of a coffee - is a popular concept in the specialty coffee industry, and for good reason. It is an important step in the effort to care for the people involved in the first parts of the supply chain. Oftentimes though, actually getting the transaction history of a coffee is very difficult, and the portion of that history that is available leaves out important details. This coffee comes through an import channel that gives us the full picture. When we price a coffee at a premium, it is because we paid a premium for it. In the case of a traceable coffee, we love being able to see that the premium was paid going all the way back to the price paid to the farmers for their harvested coffee cherries.
